According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The disclosure relates to fast activation of L1 measurement and beam switching of target- secondary-cells without early measurements performed while connected with the serving cell. The disclosure provides RACH-less L1/L2 triggered mobility with preconfigured uplink grants or LTM Switching command to include MAC Control Element to activate a channel state information reference signal CSI-RS measurement and reporting for secondary cells immediately after switching, wherein a resource location is expected at a pre-configured time from the LTM command."
