According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for determining transmission power, a method and apparatus for sending indication information, and a medium. The method for determining transmission power comprises: determining the maximum transmission power PCMAX of a first channel of a sidelink according to a first power limit value, the first power limit value being a power limit value allowed when a user equipment camps on a serving cell or is located outside a coverage range of the serving cell. In the method of the present disclosure, a user equipment determines PCMAX according to a power limit value allowed when the user equipment camps on or does not camp on a serving cell. In the process of determining PCMAX, the power limit values when the user equipment is located within the coverage range and outside the coverage range of a network device can be considered, so that the uplink coverage effect is ensured while reducing the interferences to other devices, thereby obtaining more reasonable PCMAX."
