According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for determining a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state, and a storage medium. The method for determining a TCI state comprises: receiving configuration information, wherein the configuration information is used for configuring a component carrier list, wherein the component carrier list comprises at least one serving cell, which comprises a first serving cell which performs multi transmission reception point (M-TRP) transmission indicated on the basis of single-downlink control information (S-DCI) and/or a second serving cell which performs M-TRP transmission indicated on the basis of multi-downlink control information (M-DCI); and receiving media access control (MAC) control unit (CE) signaling, wherein the MAC CE signaling is used for activating a unified TCI state of the first serving cell and/or the second serving cell. The present disclosure can implement the activation of a TCI state of a serving cell performing M-TRP transmission indicated on the basis of S-DCI and/or a serving cell performing M-TRP transmission indicated on the basis of M-DCI."
