MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527077497 A) filed by Datang Mobile Communications Equipment Co. Ltd., Beijing, on Aug. 14, for 'method and apparatus for determining dynamic harq-ack codebook, and communication device.'
