The system includes a data processing unit configured to receive clinical study data from multiple independent studies comparing homocysteine levels between schizophrenia patients and healthy controls, a statistical analysis module configured to perform both qualitative synthesis using odds ratios and risk ratios and quantitative synthesis using standardized mean differences, a sensitivity analysis module configured to systematically remove individual studies and recalculate pooled effect estimates to assess robustness of findings, a publication bias assessment module configured to generate funnel plots and perform statistical tests including Egger's regression and Begg's rank correlation to evaluate potential bias, and an output generation module configured to produce forest plots displaying individual study results and pooled effect estimates with confidence intervals."
