MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527076376 A) filed by Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on Aug. 11, for 'measurement data management method and system, and related device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a measurement data management method and system, and a related device. The method comprises: determining a quality of experience (QoE) measurement policy; and sending the QoE measurement policy to a second network management node, wherein the QoE measurement policy is used by a base station under the second network management node to perform QoE measurement work. In the embodiments of the present application, a first network management node can send the QoE measurement policy to the base station by means of the second network management node, so that the base station sends the QoE measurement policy to a UE so as to instruct the UE to manage a QoE measurement report according to the QoE measurement policy, thereby ensuring the integrity of the QoE measurement report reported by the UE."
