A certificate status of the certificate of certification is queried based on the certificate number, and when the certificate status is determined to be valid, a material inspection is performed on the material; when the certificate status is determined to be invalid, the material inspection is prohibited for the material, and prompt information is generated based on the certificate status, and the prompt information is sent to a user terminal (200). This application can be used to simplify a management process of the material and avoiding quality risks."
