MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514079963 A) filed by Lin, Xuejin, Fujian, China, on Aug. 22, 2025, for 'massage chair frame with alternating swinging lower limbs.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A massage chair frame with alternating swinging lower limbs, comprising: a backrest frame, a seat frame, a base frame, a guide rail, a primary electric push rod, and a leg and foot frame hinged to a front end of the seat frame. The guide rail spans and is fixed between the backrest frame and the seat frame. The seat frame is disposed above the base frame and, driven by the primary electric push rod, the backrest frame and the seat frame are configured to move forward and backward relative to the base frame, thereby achieving continuous transition between sitting and lying postures. The leg and foot frame is divided into a left leg and foot frame and a right leg and foot frame, which are respectively suspended from the front end of the seat frame via coaxial shaft segments."
