MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411025444 A) filed by Chandigarh University; and Chandigarh University Technology Business Incubator, Mohali, Punjab, on March 28, 2024, for 'manure spreading assistive device for agricultural fields.'

Inventor(s) include Deepak Kukkar.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 7, under issue no. 45/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A manure spreading assistive device for agricultural fields, comprising a a T-shaped telescopic frame 1 having a first and second portion, wherein a pair of omnidirectional wheels 2 for allowing movement to frame 1, an ultrasonic sensor for detecting height of a user, a motion sensor for detecting movement of frame 1, a motorized roller 3 for spreading over agricultural field, a pair of supporting links 4 for rotating on its axis, plurality of motorized iris holes 5 for allowing dispensing of manure over field, a sensing module for monitoring parameters including pH level and nutritional content in soil, a moisture sensor to detect moisture content, plurality of heating unit to produce an optimum amount of heat."
