Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Management Systems For Surgical Instruments And Items Used During Surgery' Filed by Sure Count Surgical, Llc

MUMBAI, India, June 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517012346 A) filed by Sure Count Surgical, Llc, Los Angeles, on Feb. 13, for 'management systems for surgical instruments and items used during surgery.'

The application for the patent was published on June 6, under issue no. 23/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The management system mounts rear upright instrument supports on the base of a tray. Each rear support holds the rear end of surgical instruments such as forceps or scissors with the finger holes spaced apart. The forward end of the instruments are held by a forward support. That support has a bar over the instruments, which is positioned to be horizontal when the forward support (and the rear support) is full."
