MUMBAI, India, April 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202647041836 A) filed by Qualcomm Incorporated, San Diego, on April 1, for 'management of uplink multiplexing in a wireless communications system.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a control message that is associated with an uplink control channel and that indicates a priority level associated with an uplink data channel. The UE may multiplex uplink control information associated with the uplink control channel with data associated with the uplink data channel based on the priority level being associated with the uplink data channel. The UE may then transmit the uplink control information multiplexed with the data in the uplink data channel."
