The system includes sensors configured to collect real-time operational data, a data preprocessing module configured to receive and process the data, a machine learning engine with trained classification models configured to analyze processed data and generate failure probability scores, a threshold monitoring module configured to compare scores against predetermined threshold values, an automated alert system configured to generate notifications when scores exceed thresholds, and a user interface configured to display failure probability scores and sensor data. The system enables proactive maintenance scheduling through continuous monitoring and intelligent analysis of current, temperature, air quality, and vibration sensor data to predict equipment failures before occurrence."
