Real time atmospheric data including temperature, humidity, rainfall, pressure, wind speed, solar radiation, and air quality information are collected and processed using intelligent predictive models such as Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Artificial Neural Networks, and Long Short Term Memory networks. The system continuously learns from historical and real time environmental data to improve forecasting accuracy. The invention further includes alert generation modules for disaster warnings and graphical user interfaces for remote monitoring. The proposed system supports applications in smart agriculture, renewable energy management, transportation safety, disaster prevention, environmental monitoring, and smart city infrastructure while providing scalable, adaptive, and cost effective weather prediction capabilities."
