Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) Composition Of Cariprazine' Filed by Foresee Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517058515 A) filed by Foresee Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd., Taipei, Taiwan, on June 18, for 'long-acting injectable (lai) composition of cariprazine.'

Inventor(s) include Li, Yuhua; and Lee, Chen-Chang.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A sustained release pharmaceutical composition in the form of a solution or suspension comprising cariprazine, a biocompatible organic solvent, and, optionally, an additional excipient, for use in the treatment of psychotic disorders."
