The natural language processing module (310) includes a text preprocessor (312), an entity recognition engine (314) configured to extract drug names and disease entities, and a relationship analyzer (316) configured to determine associations between drugs and diseases. The knowledge structuring module (318) includes a knowledge graph database (320) storing entities as nodes and relationships as edges. The output module (324) includes a candidate prioritization engine (326) configured to rank drug repurposing candidates."
