Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Link Control Method And Apparatus, Device, And Storage Medium' Filed by Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517051605 A) filed by Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on May 29, for 'link control method and apparatus, device, and storage medium.'

The method comprises: if an access point multi-link device (AP MLD) receives, by means of a first AP of the AP MLD, a first frame sent by a first non-AP station (non-AP STA) of a first non-AP MLD, and a first address of at least one second non-AP STA in the non-AP STAs of the first non-AP MLD satisfies a first condition and/or a second condition, the AP MLD sends a first state code, the first frame being used for requesting association and/or re-association and/or multi-link reconfiguration, the first condition being related to at least one third non-AP STA in the non-AP STAs of a second non-AP MLD associated with the AP MLD, the second condition being related to a fourth non-AP STA associated with a second AP of the AP MLD, and the first state code being used for rejecting an association request and/or a re-association request and/or a multi-link reconfiguration request."
