MUMBAI, India, Jan. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541123063 A) filed by Srm Institute Of Science And Technology, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on Dec. 6, 2025, for 'lightweight composite-cooled hybrid shock absorber for enhanced comfort and energy recovery in electric vehicle.'

Its modular, scalable design fits existing EV platforms, offering sustainable mobility through energy harvesting, effective cooling, and superior ride comfort for intelligent electric transportation."
