The system (100) reduces delays, minimizes reliance on traditional infrastructure, and promotes timely and transparent administration of justice by combining physical and digital modalities. The invention is particularly suitable for populations constrained by geographic, infrastructural, or technological barriers, thereby enhancing access to legal remedies while maintaining enforceable and accountable outcomes."
