MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517099354 A) filed by Ssi New Material (ZHENJIANG) Co. Ltd., Jiangsu, China, on Oct. 14, for 'ith molecular sieve improved loudspeaker, and electronic device.'
Inventor(s) include Zhang, Lei; Guo, Mingbo; and Ma, Yuanhong.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present invention are an ITH molecular sieve improved loudspeaker, and an electronic device. A rear cavity of the loudspeaker is filled with an ITH molecular sieve; the ITH molecular sieve is composed of a framework and a cation outside the framework; the framework comprises silicon dioxide and an oxide of a non-silicon element M; the molar ratio of Si to M is at least 80 or above, preferably 100 or above; the ITH molecular sieve comprises uniform micropores; the size of the micropores ranges from 0.4 A to 0.55 A; the volume of the micropores is 0.10-0.25 cm3/g. The ITH molecular sieve is comprised in the rear cavity of the loudspeaker, so that the acoustic compliance of air in the rear cavity is improved, thereby improving the low-frequency performance of the loudspeaker."
The patent application was internationally filed on Mar. 15, 2024, under International application No.PCT/CN2024/081868.
