Inventor(s) include Thirunavukkarasu C; Kanagasabapathi K; Dr. Barakkath Nisha U; Bhuvaneshwar J K; Dhanush M; Sunilraja M; and Giri M.
The application for the patent was published on Feb. 27, under issue no. 09/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The current discovery is an AI system that integrates loT in intelligent farming solutions, which improves agricultural decision-making with automated, seamless, and intelligent handling of agricultural data. The system generates a common digital agricultural environment with the use of loT sensors for environment sensing, AI analysis algorithms, and agricultunil services that are automated within a common instant messaging facility such as instant messaging platform. The workflow automation engine is a low code automation engine called workflow orchestration engine that links farmers with essential services such as weather sensing, agricultural disease detection, equipment rental, and agricultural commodity price markets. The solutiOn uses Large Language Models for intent analysis, information retrieval, and automated summarization, which helps in faster and more precise communication. It also uses Speech-to-Text functionality with multi-language voice support, ensuring that even illiterate farmers are able to use all the functionality of the solution with ease. The solution is capable of automating the transfer of data from loT sensor networks, external databases, as well as third-party APis such as Plant disease and pest identification module configured to analyze crop images, a real time meteorological data service provider, among others, within an integrated platform. The solution is capable of providing real-time analysis, pre-emption, and recommendations, which enhances the productivity, . efficiency, and profitability of a farm."
