MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521133452 A) filed by Mit Art, Design And Technology University, Pune, Maharashtra, on Dec. 30, 2025, for 'iot and blockchain-based smart basket system for supply chain tracking.'

The system (600) further includes QR code identifiers (616) associated with authorized stakeholders, a server (618) configured to receive and store event data, a blockchain ledger (620) configured to store tamper-proof records of sealing and unsealing events, and a user interface (622) configured to display supply chain journey information from the blockchain ledger (620)."
