Data is pre-processed at an Edge Gateway and analyzed by a Cloud Analytics Engine (20) with an ML Module (21) to segment audiences, predict tactics, and output context-aware decisions. Strategy Orchestration (30) activates across CRM & Content Platforms (31), Digital Ads (32), and in-store Displays (33), while Metrics DB & Feedback (40) closes the loop for continuous refinement. A Dashboard (50) provides visibility and authorized overrides. Privacy-preserving processing secures customer information throughout the pipeline. The invention enables automated, real-time orchestration of content, channel, and timing for diverse business environments consistent with the architecture illustrated in figure 1."
