MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511124864 A) filed by Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, Gurugram, Haryana, on Dec. 10, 2025, for 'interactive tactile-gaming system for visually impaired users.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An interactive tactile-gaming system for visually impaired users comprising a playing arrangement having a base 101 with raised tactile path lines 102, tactile tokens 103 and braille indicators 104 to facilitate gameplay interaction, a dice assembly coupled with a microcontroller to receive a tactile dice 106 roll and transmit the verified dice 106 value to the microcontroller, a motorized magnetic shuttle 108 disposed beneath the playing surface to sweep magnetic tokens 103 toward a feed slot, a motorized pusher 105 installed within the dice assembly to discharge the tactile dice 106, a sorting manifold unit installed with the arrangement to receive and sort collected tokens 103 and dice 106 and a segmented storage drawer assembly 109 with motorized side-sliders 110 to align and stack tokens 103 within the color-designated compartments."
