MUMBAI, India, May 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641042687 A) filed by National Institute Of Technology, Kozhikode, Kerala, on April 2, for 'intelligent portable device for hydrocyclone performance prediction.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A hydrocyclone performance predictive device comprises of an Input Interface for manual entry of hydrocyclone operating and geometrical parameters operatively connected to a GPIO interface and to a LCD display. The device has a processing unit configured to execute a pre-trained machine learning model for prediction of hydrocyclone performance parameters. A HDMI Interface is operatively connected to the processing unit for transferring processed output data from the processing unit to a display unit, while a storage Medium (SD Card) of said device, stores the pre-trained machine learning model."
