The server system (106) is operable to receive dataset information and task-related parameters from the user device (104), analyze the dataset to determine a corresponding machine-learning task type based on structural, statistical, and format-based characteristics, and identify one or more compatible models while restricting access to incompatible ones. A dynamic configuration interface is generated at the user device (104) to display and rank suitable models. The server system (106) validates selected models by verifying dimensional conformity and data-type consistency, prevents incompatible configurations, and records compatibility evaluations and feedback in a continuously updating knowledge base for adaptive model-selection improvement."
