Authorized personnel can unlock the bin using an RFID tag, with each interaction logged for accountability. The system transmits real-time alerts containing bin ID and location to designated waste management contacts via SMS, with automated call escalation if unacknowledged. Optional features include solar-powered operation and remote monitoring via a mobile application. The invention enhances efficiency, accountability, and hygiene in waste management operations, particularly in urban and public environments."
