MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202414089164 A) filed by Fulian Yuzhan Precision Technology Co. Ltd., Shenzhen, China, on Nov. 18, 2024, for 'intelligent detection method and intelligent detection device for performing machining compensation.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An intelligent detection method includes calculating a position compensation value of a tool (666); obtaining first position information of a processing area on a product; calculating a position deviation of a first direction and a position deviation of the second direction according to the first position information and reference position information; if any one of the position deviation of the first direction and the position deviation of the second direction is not within a corresponding threshold range, discarding the product; if each of the position deviation of the first direction and the position deviation of the second direction is within the corresponding threshold range, obtaining second position information of the processing area along a third direction; calculating a position deviation of the third direction according to the second position information and the reference position information; and compensating a trajectory of the tool (66) according to the position compensation value, the position deviations of the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction."
