MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541125604 A) filed by Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on Dec. 12, 2025, for 'integrating seli and boll: a blockchain powered inclusive learning platform for the future of education.'

Inventor(s) include Suwetha K; Reenadevi P; Mageshwari M; and Mohana P.

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 13, under issue no. 07/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a blockchain-enabled inclusive learning system that integrates the SELl learning environment with the Blockchain of Learning Logs (BOLL) to provide secure, accessible, and transparent digital education. The system captures Ieamer interactions through an inclusive SELl-based interface, validates them using an Al-driven learning activity engine, and records the authenticated logs on a decentralized blockchain. Smart contracts ensure immutability, timestamping, and cryptographic linking of all learning events, enabling lifelong academic record preservation and decentralized Ieamer ownership. The platform further incorporates multilingual accessibility, adaptive content delivery, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) features to support diverse learner needs. Through an API-based verification layer, institutions and employers can instantly authenticate a Ieamer's blockchain-stored records without physical certificates. The invention enhances educational integrity, improves transparency, supports personalized learning, and provides a future-ready digital ecosystem for secure and inclusive academic management."
