MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441038314 A) filed by Numeros Motors Private Limited, Bengaluru, Karnataka, on May 15, 2024, for 'integrated power supply protection system for electric vehicles.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a power supply protection system having a circuit (200), wherein the circuit (200), comprises a first circuit configured to protect against transient events, such as electrostatic discharge (ESD). Further a second circuit configured to prevent reverse polarity. A third circuit provided within the integrated power supply protection system (100), configured to protect against overvoltage. Further a fourth circuit configured to protect against high-frequency components. The fourth circuit comprises a first capacitor (C54), a coil (L1), and a second capacitor (C53). The first capacitor (C54), is connected with the coil (L1), and the coil (L1) is connected with the second capacitor (C53). The first capacitor (C54), is connected in parallel with the second capacitor (C53)."
