Data captured by sensors is processed at the edge and transmitted to a cloud platform for storage, analysis, and generation of digital identities. A mobile or web application delivers alerts and coordinates feeding, vaccination, and sterilization actions through connected agencies. The invention promotes efficient, data-driven, and collaborative stray dog management within smart city ecosystems."
