Alerts are communicated to users through mobile application alert system (10) and web-based alert system (11). Continuous operation is ensured by power supply and backup unit (12) and connectivity is maintained through communication network interface (13). The invention enables accurate realtime monitoring and timely flood risk alerts to enhance disaster preparedness."
