Inventor(s) include Halkarni, Shirish; Joshi, Shriram; Desai, Ravindra; and Payannavar, Virupaxi.
The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A door handle assembly (100) including a housing (102), a body component (104), and an actuation member (106) is disclosed. The body component (104) includes a gliding feature (110) and the actuation arm slidably disposed on the gliding feature (110). A motion transferring assembly (108) connects the actuation member (106) to a door latching mechanism and moves in coordination with the actuation member (106) to emulate a single, integrated component. Further, the motion transferring assembly (108) comprises a first transmission component (114), a second transmission component (118), and an intermediary transmission component (122). The first transmission component (114) is configured to transfer motion at least from the actuation member (106), the second transmission component (118) is operably connectable with the door latching mechanism, and the intermediary transmission component (122) operably connects the first transmission component (114) and the second transmission component (118) to transfer motion there between."
