Upon installation, the app (100) prompts PU (200) to set limits for each app, the app (100) scans CUs (300) face to verify their identity. If the user is recognised and the allotted time for the app has not been exceeded, access is granted. However, if the CU (300) surpasses the allotted time, access to the app is automatically blocked until the next 24 hours, promoting responsible app usage. The app provides a user friendly interface for setting and modifying time limits, as well as for viewing usage statistics and reports. PU (200) can use the app to monitor and manage their CU's (300) app usage, ensuring a healthy balance between screen time and other activities. Additionally, the app (100) includes features such as notification alerts and customisable settings, enhancing user experience and encouraging compliance with the set time limits. Overall, the present invention (100) offers a novel and effective solution for managing app usage time, promoting healthier digital habits, and improving overall well-being."
