Ltd., Hyderabad, Telangana, on April 17, for 'injection molded dosing card with integrated auto-degating and static discharge features for topical gel application.'

The dosing card integrates an in-mold cutting mechanism (auto-degating) that removes runner projections during mold release, eliminating the need for manual cutting and preventing sharp edges. Additionally, a static discharge system combining ejector pins and synchronized air showers ensures smooth demolding without adhesion or damage. The card features a dull side for tactile identification and printing, a bright side, a distinct right-angled corner, and cavity number marking for traceability. The invention enhances production efficiency, safety, and usability."
