The information sending method comprises: according to first configuration information sent by a network device, determining at least one IMR corresponding to a terminal when the terminal selects at least one CSI-RS resource from among a plurality of CSI-RS resources; performing measurement on the basis of the at least one CSI-RS resource and/or the at least one IMR, so as to obtain at least one measurement result; and sending indication information to the network device, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the at least one CSI-RS resource and/or the at least one IMR which correspond(s) to the at least one measurement result. In the present disclosure, an IMR determined by a terminal may correspond to a first CSI-RS resource set, one first CSI-RS resource set corresponds to one CSI-RS resource selection mode, and when the terminal has a plurality of selection modes for CSI-RS resources, a plurality of IMRs may be determined instead of being limited to determining only one IMR."
