There are behavioural constructs based on Indian emotional styles within the system such as spiritual awareness, respect based self-control, duty-driven motivation, collectivist empathy and relational harmony. Responses to users are gathered by use of digital assessment, behavioral scenarios, interviews, language inputs or observational data. A scoring engine assesses the level of competency in various dimensions and creates emotional profiles, developmental reports and comparative benchmarks. In some form, the artificial intelligence and natural language processing modules in language process the tone, emotional reactions, linguistic and situational reactions to enhance precision and aid multilingual Indian settings. The invention can be deployed using an enterprise software, mobile apps, education systems, counselling tools, recruitment platforms or leadership development programs. It allows organizations and institutions to evaluate emotional competence based on culturally meaningful measures as opposed to being dependent on imported psychological measures. The revealed system enhances the quality of recruitment, leadership preparedness, team work, student improvement, emotional wellness, as well as coaching behaviours.
