The system includes a data collection module configured to acquire plant leaf images from digital imaging devices, a preprocessing module configured to resize the acquired images to uniform dimensions, normalize pixel values to a predetermined range, and apply data augmentation techniques, a convolutional neural network module comprising multiple convolutional layers with configurable hyperparameters, wherein the convolutional neural network module is configured to extract features from preprocessed images and classify plant leaf diseases, a hyperparameter optimization module comprising bio-inspired optimization algorithms, wherein the hyperparameter optimization module is configured to automatically tune hyperparameters of the convolutional neural network including learning rate, batch size, number of filters, and dropout rates, and a disease prediction module configured to receive processed leaf images and output disease classification results with associated confidence scores."
