MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517061652 A) filed by Muhieddine, Wafic, Quebec, on June 27, for 'hygiene tool for male urinals.'

Inventor(s) include Muhieddine, Wafic.

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The Hygiene Tool for Male Urinals (Fig.3) includes a main structure divided into four areas, three tissues chambers and one semicircular-semi rectangular area (3) which forms the trash can base where the trash can should be placed. The three chambers have opening at their front (7) that span from bottom to the top. These openings serve as entrances to allow the person to pull hygienic tissues for use. The Hygiene Tool for Male Urinals (Fig.3) has a trash can (Fig.3) as a container where the used tissues are thrown into. The trash can could be easily removed to empty the tissues and could be put back at its place using its handle (9). The Tool could be secured to the wall next to the male urinals using the screw holes (8)."

The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 30, 2022, under International application No.PCT/CA2022/051748.
