The HTL process and the system of the present disclosure helps in improvement of the residence time of the HTL, and improves the quality and yield of the oil. The HTL system and the process can run for longer time due to reduced charring in the system. The HTL system of the present disclosure also provides an arrangement for preparation of feed. The system for preparation of feed can process multiple feed simultaneously by reducing the number of equipment required for the feed preparation, thereby reducing the OPEX."
