Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Hydrophobic And Oleophobic Film Layer, And Preparation Method Therefor' Filed by Jiangsu Favored Nanotechnology Co. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517057657 A) filed by Jiangsu Favored Nanotechnology Co. Ltd., Jiangsu, China, on June 16, for 'hydrophobic and oleophobic film layer, and preparation method therefor.'

The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A hydrophobic and oleophobic film layer, and a preparation method therefor. The hydrophobic and oleophobic film layer is prepared by means of plasma chemical vapor deposition of a perfluoropolyether monomer comprising a (meth)acrylate group. The hydrophobic and oleophobic film layer has good hydrophobic and oleophobic properties and is environmentally friendly, and the application thereof does not generate biological pollution."
