MUMBAI, India, June 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517046575 A) filed by Kawasaki Jukogyo Kabushiki Kaisha, Hyogo, Japan, on May 14, for 'hydrogen combustion apparatus.'
Inventor(s) include Mutoh Sadayuki; and Fukai, Koichi.
The application for the patent was published on June 20, under issue no. 25/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A hydrogen combustion apparatus comprising: a hydrogen burner that has a burner throat having an air flow path through which air for combustion flows and a fuel nozzle through which a hydrogen fuel is sprayed into the flow of the air for combustion blown out of the burner throat or in the air flow path, and burns the hydrogen fuel to produce hydrogen flame; and a coloring agent addition device that adds a powdery coloring agent including a metal or a metal salt that causes a flame coloration reaction with the hydrogen flame in the air for combustion."
The patent application was internationally filed on Oct. 12, 2023, under International application No.PCT/JP2023/036965.
