MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621000157 A) filed by Amit Bhumarker, Ward Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, on Jan. 1, for 'hybrid closed-loop reliability intelligence system for manufacturing systems.'
Inventor(s) include Amit Bhumarker.
The application for the patent was published on Feb. 13, under issue no. 07/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a hybrid reliability intelligence system and method for monitoring, predicting, and adaptively controlling the manufacturing processes of safety-critical components, particularly cartridges and pressure-bearing products. The system integrates an inspection and sensing layer, a safety and reliability layer, a prediction and simulation layer, a control and feedback layer, and an optimization and learning layer within a unified closed-loop architecture. First, redundancy and safety logic are used to validate the sensor measurement data to detect sensor deviation and ensure reliable data integrity. A reliability intelligence module processes validated reliability metrics and further analyzes them through prognostic health monitoring and digital twin-based predictive simulation to identify failure risk or performance drift. Based on predictive outputs, adaptive diagnostic and cyber-physical feedback mechanisms execute corrective actions with varying intensities, including minor, moderate, or major process adjustments. Meta-data logging and reliability profiling enable continuous learning and closed-loop optimization to improve process stability, reduce failure probability, and ensure consistent product reliability in real-world manufacturing environments."
