MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517065536 A) filed by Ofinno, Llc, Reston, U.S.A., on July 9, for 'hybrid automatic repeat request process for configured grant.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A wireless device receives a configured grant (CG) configuration indicating a period of the CG configuration and a number of slots for transmission occasions within the period. The wireless device transmits uplink data, via a first transmission occasion of the transmission occasions. A hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process index (ID) for transmission of the uplink data is based on at least one of the number of the slots for the transmission occasions within the period or an offset for the first transmission occasion of the transmission occasions within the period."
