The first cooling unit (120), disposed within the housing (110), is configured to pre-cool the ambient air through a humidification process. The second cooling unit (130), disposed within the housing (110), is configured to cool pre-cooled air by dehumidification process. The first cooling unit (120) is fluidically coupled to the second cooling unit (130) to transfer the pre-cooled air to the second cooling unit (130) for cooling and dehumidification."
