MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517097082 A) filed by Jasti Co. Ltd., Tokyo, on Oct. 8, for 'human body dummy for comfort assessment.'

Inventor(s) include Ozawa Yoshihiro.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This human body dummy for comfort assessment comprises: a skeleton part formed from resin materials; a flesh-like part formed from a material different from the resin materials and surrounding the outer periphery of the skeleton part; and a skin part disposed on the outer surface side of the flesh-like part. The skeleton part is formed from different resin materials depending on bone sites, and has a bone weight of 10%-60% of the bone weight of the skeleton part of a human body dummy for crash safety performance test internationally standardized on the basis of human body data."
