Inventor(s) include Yoshida Masahiro; Taira Shoichiro; Iwano Sumihisa; Sato Youhei; and Kanno Fumitaka.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The purpose of the present invention is to provide a coated steel sheet in which the adhesiveness between a chemically converted film and a primer coated film is excellent, and which has excellent corrosion resistance at processed portions and cut end portions. In order to achieve the purpose, the present invention is characterized in that: a plating film has a composition containing 45-65 mass% of Al and 1.0-3.0 mass% of Si, the remaining portion being Zn and unavoidable impurities; the Mg content with respect to the total mass of the plating film is 0.3 mass% or less; and the diffraction intensity of MgZn2 and Mg2Zn11 in the plating film as determined by X-ray diffraction satisfies relationships (1) and (2). (1): MgZn2 (100)=0 (2): Mg2Zn11 (321)=0."
The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 14, 2023, under International application No.PCT/JP2023/040988.
