MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517098819 A) filed by Emory University, Atlanta, on Oct. 13, for 'heterodimeric antibodies, uses in therapeutic applications, and compositions related thereto.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed herein are mutant heavy chain antibody sequences. In certain embodiments, this disclosure contemplates heterodimeric antibodies with a first heavy chain and a second heavy chain, wherein the first and second heavy chain, or fragments thereof contain different mutations. In certain embodiments, this disclosure relates to nucleic acids and vectors encoding antibodies and recombinant heavy chains disclosed herein and cells containing the same."
