MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517089549 A) filed by 1Cbio, Inc., San Francisco, on Sept. 19, for 'heterocyclic compounds and methods of use thereof.'
Inventor(s) include Kankanala, Jayakanth; Pettigrew, Jeremy D.; and Pham, Son Minh.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to compounds of Formula (I) and to their prodrugs, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, pharmaceutical compositions, methods of use, and methods for their preparation. The compounds disclosed herein are useful for modulating PARP1 activity and may be used in the treatment of disorders in which PARP1 activity is implicated, such as cancer."
