MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611001125 A) filed by Ct University, Ludhiana, Punjab, on Jan. 6, for 'herbal tea of spinacia oleracea and brassica oleracea var. capitata f. rubra and process thereof.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Dilpreet Singh; Dr. Nitin Tandon; Shaina Kalsi; Dr. Shikha Thakur; Dr. Anurag; Avinash Kaur Sohal; and Dr. Shaminder Kaur.

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 13, under issue no. 07/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A health drink prepared from Spinacia oleracea (spinach) and Brassica oleracea var. capitata f. rubra (red cabbage) is a powerful, nutrient-dense beverage that supports overall health and wellness.
