MUMBAI, India, Oct. 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411023439 A) filed by Chandigarh University; and Chandigarh University Technology Business Incubator, Mohali, Punjab, on March 25, 2024, for 'herbal solution preparation device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A herbal solution preparation device, comprises of a hollow cylindrical shaped body 1 having a first and second portion developed to be gripped by a user via a handle 2 configured with multiple chambers 3 for storing different herbs, a touch interactive display panel 4 accessed by a user to input commands regarding amount of herms the user desires to mix, an iris lid 5 to dispense herbs in second portion, a motorized sharp-edged stirrer 6 to mix the herbs with, an artificial intelligence-based image capturing module 7 to detect proper mixing of the herbs, a robotic gripper 8 to grip the mixed herbs and transfer within a perforated chamber 9 and a telescopic rod 10 to extend/retract in repetitive manner for complete preparation of solution due to mixing of the herbs with liquid stored in the chamber 9."
